Optimization Solutions Consulting focus on Performance Management is achieved through a 4 phased development program that consist of (1) An Organizational Assessment, (2) Business Model Review, (3) Individual Profile Assessments, and (4) Facilitated Development programs. This 4 step program is focused on identifying opportunities to improve an organization’s performance.
Phase One: Organizational Assessment
To quickly obtain accurate information from people experiencing organizational change and enable Client to effectively measure perceptions of the new organization across leadership, Optimization Solutions Consulting will employ the use of a diagnostic tool, called Data Indicating Alignment of Organization Goals (D.I.A.L.O.G.), that provides hard data as to where there are disconnects affecting results. This is a time-saving mechanism that allows respondents to reply honestly without the pressure of an audience to sway opinions. This approach enables the Client to pinpoint strengths and limitations so that goal directed actions can be taken.
Phase Two: Business Model Review
This phase includes a facilitated session that brings together the decision makers and influencers of the respective organizations to focus on establishing a conceptual framework for the new organization’s Business Model. A business model describes the rational of how an organization creates clients, delivers services, and captures revenue.
Phase Three: Individual Profile Assessments
The data that was collected during the Organization Assessment Task will be relied upon to identify Training & Development opportunities that exist at each level of the organization. Each employee within the organization will be given a profile assessment and a debrief.
