Director recognized need for defining the organization’s vision and values. He also wanted to improve collaboration, communication, and teamwork. This organization has multiple generations. Director recognized opportunity to blend organization to focus on the differences and similarities that people bring to an organization. Director observed a need to respond to a pending leadership gap (over 50% of workforce would be retirement eligible within 3 years). He also recognized the need to improve management teamwork, integrate organizational silos, and embrace change.
The leadership team of the organization was facilitated through a Leadership process to assist them with developing the skills needed to grow the organization. Additional work was facilitated with the management level to help them develop the skills that they needed to lead their staff to new levels of achievement.
